How much is tuition, and what are the payment policies?

Tuition varies by program and location, with a detailed fee schedule provided upon enrollment. Tuition is due weekly or monthly, with late fees applied for payments overdue by 5 days. A registration fee is required at enrollment, and additional charges (e.g., late pick-up fees, drop-in care fees) may apply. Refunds are available for withdrawals with 30 days’ notice, less a processing fee. You can pay tuition online using the Procare app—learn more on our Stay Connected with Procare page. For specific details, contact us at 985-710-5145 (Bulletin 741, §2303).

What is your illness policy?

Children must not attend if they are experiencing symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, vomiting). Parents will be notified immediately if a child becomes ill during the day and must arrange pick-up within one hour. We follow state guidelines for communicable diseases, including reporting requirements, as mandated by the LDOE (Bulletin 741, §2301).

How do you handle emergencies?

We conduct regular fire drills and have emergency evacuation plans for each location. In case of an emergency, parents will be notified via phone or email through the Procare app. Emergency contact information must be kept up-to-date in your child’s records (Bulletin 741, §2301). Learn more about staying connected with Procare on our Stay Connected with Procare page.

What safety measures are in place for children?

We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios at all times, with a maximum of 35 children per class (except for activity classes like physical education), per LDOE standards (Bulletin 741, §707). Staff are trained in mandatory reporting of child abuse or neglect, and any concerns are reported immediately to the appropriate authorities (Bulletin 741, §2301).

How can I stay involved in my child’s experience?

We provide regular updates on your child’s progress through daily reports, emails, and parent-teacher conferences via the Procare app. Parents are encouraged to attend events, such as open houses and family days, to stay engaged. Learn more about using Procare on our Stay Connected with Procare page (Bulletin 741, §2301).

Can I access my child’s records?

We maintain accurate records of your child’s registration, attendance, and health information, as required by LDOE (Bulletin 741, §505). Parents may request access to these records at any time by contacting the directors. If the center closes, an up-to-date copy of the student record will be provided to the parent or receiving school upon request.

What is your policy on transportation and field trips?

We offer daily transportation for before and after care children, with written parental consent required via the Daily Transportation Authorization Form. Field trips and water activities also require written consent via the Field Trip Authorization Form and Water Activities Authorization Form, respectively. Staff-to-child ratios are maintained, and safety protocols are strictly followed (Bulletin 741, §2301).

Do you offer drop-in daycare?

Yes, we offer drop-in daycare services on an as-needed basis, subject to availability. Parents must complete the Drop-In Daycare Form, providing dates, times, health information, and emergency contact details. Drop-in care is subject to a daily fee, communicated upon confirmation (Bulletin 741, §2301).
